Conclusion
Any of the M.2 drives in this list will perform flawlessly in any gaming system, but if I really had to pick a favorite, I would be buying the WD_BLACK SN850X 2TB as it has an IOPS of 1,200,000 and is Windows Game Mode 2.0 compatible, plus the legendary Western Digital Black endurance and reliability.
