This drive really pushes the limits and is a favorite among both PC and console gamers as it’s also compatible with PS5 consoles. It uses 3D NAND technology and has an Innogrit IG5236 chip.

Conclusion
Any of the M.2 drives in this list will perform flawlessly in any gaming system, but if I really had to pick a favorite, I would be buying the WD_BLACK SN850X 2TB as it has an IOPS of 1,200,000 and is Windows Game Mode 2.0 compatible, plus the legendary Western Digital Black endurance and reliability.
